Save Princeton 1.8 This is an Adventure Game Mactivity's CD-ROM nr 10 advice: This application did not run on a b/w 68030 processor running under System 7.1, so try this one only on Macintoshes running under System 6. No guarantee. Save Princeton puts the player in the role of a visitor to Princeton University. You have to oust a mysterious force of invaders who have taken over the campus. Along the way, you'll meet the archetypal jock, a naked drunk man, the president of the university, and countless other colorful characters. While folks who know Princeton U will undoubtably get special enjoyment from the game, anybody can solve and enjoy Save Princeton. The game has 52 locations, and a vocabulary of about 980 words, which makes it about as complex as a middle-period Infocom game. I've put a year and a half of work into it, and I'm pretty proud of the thing. Save Princeton is shareware, with a fee of $10. Changes in v1.8 include a number of bug fixes of varying degrees of seriousness. As well, the length of time a player can go without finding food has been extended, since I received a number of complaints about how annoying it was to die of starvation before you even have a chance to explore.
